"Dammit to Hell. where's those Flyboys at", Captain Reynolds asked. America and the Allies had control of the air, Right. Not on this day as Hermann Goering made sure the Panzers with His name would not succumb. Reynolds units were stopped cold as the Germans defended the Area. In Berlin on hearing the action the Fuehrer and Goering celebrated,a fine Dinner and party afterwards. The other Field Marshalls/Generals/officers put on a 'Good Face' but in reality they knew the German Army was in decline as well as the Luftwaffe. Goerings troops victory was because the other areas had been sacrificed so Hermanns Panzer Troops would not fall this day but in the future Hermann would not be able to save them. The American and Russian production numbers Quaddruppled the Axis at the least. Attrition alone would win the War.
