Situation Report: Now that our position in the South has been solidified, the General Staff believes that we should resume our attacks on the Russian Capitol. The Russians will not expect an attack with the onset of winter. If complete surprise is achieved, we may eventually reach our goal of taking Moscow by Christmas.

Operational Orders: Your forces will move to the area of Tula, on the approaches of Moscow, and will surprise the enemy with an attack despite the inclement weather.
