PANAMA (CENTRAL AMERICA)

We should have a fair amount of surprise. We suspected for quite a while that the allies have found about our "unbreakable" naval code. Captured documents on Oahu revealed to our Itelligence the extent about the excellent work of their deciphering experts. We will not lead them on, thatwe captured those documents. We will make them believe that our next task is to envade the coast of Peru in south america. Due to a large migration of skilled labour from japan, this seems to be a logical thing to do. The allies might get some naval support from the atlantic side to bombard our forces. However, naval HQ has send I-132 to restrict the allied forces there. Unfortunately I-132 has been attacked and damaged near fireland (southcape of Chile southamerica) by brazilian antisubmarine patrols. We hope the captain will carry on after fixing the damages.
