November 12,1942 The Allied forces had made good headway against the Axis in the Sand. With Montgomerys Army tearing through the Nazi's and Italians another severe blow was about to be administered. The Americans, Austrailians,Canadians and French were going to attack Casablanca. The fall of the area would send the Message of 'Doom in the Sand' for the Axis. 'IL Duce, Mussolini had finally persuaded Turkey to join the sides of the Axis adding many formations of soldiers to the Axis side. That was a positive but their was a bigger negative. More Men meant more supplies and food, more resources that would not be available to the Nazi's. So the Brains (as if there were any) in the HQ's of Berlin and Rome would have to scavenge supplies from other areas such as Russia, France and other places conquered denying forces in those spots reserves. And of course rushing supplies as any soldier knew cost a good chunk of those supplies to get them to the area of conflict. America of course had no limit on supplies, it had too many already backing up in logistical areas. If only Hitler and Mussolini could have had sight of them they would have both thrown in the towel and cut out for somewhere realizing what war was about, Attrition. Men are not very good fighters without weapons or food. So the Allies moved toward 'Casa'.
