Get the town - it's one thing, and keep it, the other ...

Now you have to defend Arras and our defense line south of the city. To count Brillant Victory, keep 3 hexes for 8 turns. Additional units will be available: 2 Bombardier Battalions, Mortar Battalion and Air Support. Of course you can do a "trip" to win enemy flags and shopping points, but this is not necessary for victory.

The decision of the commander was whether to use the sappers to demolish the approaches to the cities (they may not have time) or leave them to help defend the main objectives.

Suggestions:
- Please note that the gray hexes (deploy hexes) are only available in the initial phase of the scenario. The closing of the deployment window will cause the units to be placed only around SHEX (Supply Hexa) at the rear.
- To place a minefield, direct the sappers to the desired hex and press "8".
- Mines cause damage to both enemy and enemy units if they fall into a minefield that they do not know. Additionally - the unit standing on the minefield is more sensitive to attack. Sappers - too.
- Sappers can also build an airfields if the map does not have its own or is too far from the front line. This airfield fulfills all the functions of a normal airport, except that it replaces planes ONLY with its hex, while normal airports - also in the neighboring hex. To build an airfield move the sappers to the desired hex and press "5".
- To defend against French tanks, you can buy a 88mm gun. Shooting for 2 hexes will be a lethal weapon and will be useful long.
- Watch out for unchecked units - they have additional skills that you can check by right-clicking on the unit and hovering over the badge.
