Good morning, Colonel.
You have just been appointed commander of the Motorized Infantry Regiment. The regiment consists of: 3 infantry battalions, an infantry battalion, a battalion of light artillery. In addition, the following action was also assigned to you: an assault battalion and a medium artillery battalion. These are not the organic units of your formation.

Your task will be to identify and capture the crossing of the Canal du Nord, and then seize the town of Arras. We know that the bridge arms fortified post, antiaircraft battery, and two 105mm hose batteries - on the other side. Identify the approach to bridges, locate and dispose of plotter batteries so that planes can destroy 105mm guns. After clearing the crossing - cross the river and suburbs the city and its suburbs. Towns and airfields, flagged with small flags, are not required to complete the quest, but they will earn extra points.

Suggestions:
- To remove mines on the hex, enter the infantry unit (the more experienced - the better), preferably the engineers, and press "9".
- Use your infantry to fight the bunkers. Inexperienced vehicles do not do well with them.
- Before the attack, "soften" the target with the help of artillery and bombers.
- You can use hunting aircraft to recognize and fire ground targets, but remember that their primary task is to cover bombers.
- Remember that the enemy station (like any other unit) sees your forces and will inform you about their location of the artillery.
- Protect your units - those with black numbers of strength points - until they are experienced. They will accompany you throughout the campaign. If you have to risk, choose additional units.
