July 4 Polish troops of the Lithuanian-Byelorussian Front under general command captured Molodeczno. The Front Commander stopped the offensive to regroup and strengthen. The Bolsheviks, using the break in action, drew their strength in order to rebound. On July 17, the 52nd and 5th Rifle Division launched. The Polish troops repelled the enemy, and then with reinforcements - 41 and 42 Infantry Regiments and part 2 of the Legion Infantry Regiment - passed to the counterattack and reached the line: Zaslaw - Papiernia - Bialorucza.

There Gen. Szeptycki resumed his activities again, hoping for a reinforcement approach - Wielkopolska Group, with whom he had stormed Minsk together. The left wing was insured by 1th Legion Inf.Div. troops.

For dramatical reasons, the script combines two operations: the defense of Minsk and the assault of Minsk, which in fact divided the two weeks.
