On September 29th, another phase of activity around Antwerp began. The task of the Poles was to attack Merksplas and Baarle-Nassau. First, however, it was necessary to support the British 49th Infantry Division, which desperately struggled to maintain a bridgehead on the Antwerp-Turnhout Canal. As the Poles quickly advanced to the Allied forces, Montgomery ordered Maciek to continue on Brede and the bridges in Moerdijk.

COMMENTS:
The sector of operations will take over the US Army and Canadian units.
There are German warehouses (4 pointing flags) in the south-eastern sector.
The remaining flagging points are those that lie on the line and north of the line, Breda-Tilburg.
